I work with an integrative approach: I combine clinical psychology with transgenerational, symbolic, and somatic tools. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all formulas or definitive diagnoses. Each process is a space of awareness where we explore your history, your relationships, your body, and your emotions to understand how they intertwine.
After more than 16 years of practice—in Colombia, Asia, and Europe—I have guided hundreds of people to understand their own system, reconcile with their history, and rebuild their relationship with themselves from a more authentic place.
My sessions aren't about "fixing" you, but about helping you see yourself clearly. To recognize what you repeat, what you avoid, and what you are ready to transform.

My sessions aren't about "fixing" you, but about helping you see yourself clearly. To recognize what you repeat, what you avoid, and what you're ready to transform.
The goal isn't to change who you are, but to allow you to be true to yourself.
I support those who feel they're at a breaking point: professionals, migrants, seekers, sensitive people who know there's something more behind their unease.
Together we create a space where understanding, healing, and rewriting your story becomes an experience of freedom and coherence.

To accompany you in recognizing, honoring, and transcending invisible family scripts in order to build a life free from mandates, guilt, and unconscious loyalties.
I grew up in a Latino family marked by "shoulds," secrets, and sacrifices. I learned to sustain love through effort and to feel that personal worth was earned. For many years, I lived within that script, until pain itself showed me that continuing to repeat it was extinguishing my spirit.
That was my turning point. I understood that behind every pattern was an inherited story, an identity that wasn't mine. Decoding it was liberating. Since then, I've dedicated my life to helping others do the same: release the weight of the past and reclaim the freedom to be.

I am a psychologist specializing in Bioneuroemotion®, Transgenerational Therapy and Psychogenealogy, trained at the international school of Anne Ancelin Schützenberger.
My passion for understanding the mind and the invisible dynamics that shape our history led me to integrate traditional psychology with mindfulness tools, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), and symbolic and bodily connection practices.
I work from a holistic and integrative perspective, where mind, body, emotion and family system meet.
I also incorporate resources from conscious sexuality, energy healing, and therapeutic symbolic toys, as well as the use of ceremonial cocoa to facilitate profound processes of self-knowledge, repair, and personal transformation.
1. I have been sharing my life with Gabriel for more than 16 years.
Gabriel is my partner, my confidant, and the most honest mirror I have.
We met in Colombia almost two decades ago, and since then we've traveled through countries, changes, crises, and rebirths.
Today we live in Lisbon, where we continue to choose each other every day—not for perfection, but for consistency, respect, and shared abundance.

2. I have lived on three continents: Asia, Europe, and America.
I was born in Colombia, spent 12 years in Shanghai, and now live in Lisbon.
Each place has taught me something different: expansion, silence, patience, the art of starting over.
My connection to what we call home has become more vibrational than geographical: I belong to the places where I learn and flourish.

3. I started studying engineering… and I lasted five minutes.
My dad's dream was to have an engineer for a son, and since I'm the oldest, I tried.
Not out of vocation, but out of love. Out of loyalty.
But I soon understood that life isn't about following inherited scripts, but about writing your own.
That was my first act of freedom, though at the time I had no idea.

4. The seasons move me.
In summer I vibrate with the sun, I energize, I create, I expand.
In winter I retreat, slow down, listen more, and make space for silence.
I've learned that external cycles also reflect internal ones, and that embracing winter is another way to pause, gather myself, and be inward in order to then expand in spring.
5. I love to move around.
Moving energy, moving countries, shedding skin.
Every change reminds me that life is alive, that nothing is fixed, and that movement (even if uncomfortable) always brings growth.

You are your own cure.

Many of the problems we carry aren't truly our own: they come from our families, from what we "should" be doing, from things we were never asked if we wanted to carry.
I'm not going to give you easy answers or feel-good phrases to make you feel better. I'll guide you in naming what's happening, understanding how it's affecting you, and finding a way to live lighter, with less guilt, and with greater clarity about what you truly want.
