If you have international insurance that includes online therapy sessions, your plan may cover part of the cost. This will depend on your insurer's specific terms and conditions. I can provide you with the invoice and the necessary information for reimbursement.

What is the duration and logistics of the sessions?

The sessions last between 60 and 70 minutes and are conducted via Zoom, from wherever you are. All you need is a quiet space, a good internet connection, and a willingness to work on yourself.

Do you offer in-person sessions?

Yes, I hold in-person sessions in Lisbon, by appointment and with limited spaces.

What is the structure of a session?

Each encounter has a clear and fluid sequence:

  • Initial review: We share what has happened since the last session and your most important reflections.

  • Exploration: we work in depth on a central theme that is active in your process.

  • Integration: We conclude with reflections and practical tools to apply in your daily life.

How many sessions are recommended?

There is no fixed number; each process is unique. However, to obtain significant results, I recommend an initial cycle of 5 sessions, which allows you to observe changes and consolidate learning.

What payment methods are available?

You can make the payment via Wise, PayPal or bank transfer in Europe, Colombia or the USA, whichever is most convenient for you.
