My name is Bibiana Rueda Bueno. I’m a psychologist, transgenerational therapist, and specialist in emotional dynamics and invisible family patterns.
For over 16 years, I’ve guided therapeutic processes across Colombia, Asia, and Europe. I also spent more than a decade working in Shanghai, supporting people who, despite having a “functional” life, felt disconnected from themselves, emotionally exhausted, or trapped in a life that no longer reflected who they truly were.
Today, there’s no shortage of conversations around “healing,” “self-love,” or “conscious transformation.” But intellectually understanding your patterns doesn’t change much if you’re still living from the same unconscious dynamics.
